At The Running Shop, we are committed to helping you find the perfect fit for your stride. If your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag or box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
